here at Community Bible Fellowship of Roxborough.
Class Sessions Will Run
Tuesday & Thursday 6:45pm-8:00pm
It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are. Each session will be designed for men, women and youth ages 16 (with parent permission) and up, at all fitness levels.
Come to one or both of our programs on Tuesday (Cardio & Kickboxing) & Thursday (Toning with light weights & bands) at 6:45pm.
Bring a friend and join us for “Fitness” Training and an up-lifting Devotion for the “Spirit” at each session.
